PathRequest® Mobile
Test Request Ordering at the Bedside

The mobile PathRequest system reads patient information directly from the patient's wristband using a handheld PDA with integrated barcode scanner. This ensures that the right order is completed for the right patient. The caregiver then uses PathRequest Mobile to send the orders electronically to the laboratory over the wireless network. If desired, the labels for the samples can be printed at the bedside as well.
More Features... PathRequest Mobile is a truly effective ward order communication system that can be used at the patient's bedside. Orders are entered on a PDA handheld and sent directly to PathRequest Manager using a wireless network or 2D barcoded labels. This eliminates all data entry in laboratory reception.
More Benefits... PathRequest Mobile runs on Pocket PC handheld PDAs (which can be provided by Neoteric) in conjunction with a 2D barcoded wristband (such as the AutoPPI patient information wristband).
