Blood Management from the Blood Bank
BloodTrack Manager is the ultimate blood bank tool for configuration,
inventory management, alerts, and reporting.
System Configuration
BloodTrack Manager can be used to configure the entire BloodTrack system including
storage locations (BloodTrack Courier,
BloodTrack OnDemand,
BloodTrack HemoSafe), bedside handhelds
(BloodTrack Tx), and
nursing station applications (BloodTrack Enquiry,
BloodTrack AutoFate).
Manage Inventory
BloodTrack Manager can be used to manage inventory in real time, inside and outside the
blood bank. Staff are able to see the number of blood units in each fridge, their status,
expiry dates, etc. This helps manage blood stocks more efficiently and reduce blood
wastage.
View and Resolve Alerts
BloodTrack Manager displays visual and audible alerts detailing
errors received from other components of the BloodTrack system. These alerts
can then be acknowledged and resolved by
blood bank staff.
Full Blood Audit Reports
One of the more valuable components of the Manager application
is the ability to generate reports on every aspect of the the BloodTrack
system including upcoming blood
unit expiry, current refrigerator inventory, fate of blood units,
user transaction history, etc.
