Laboratory Sample Routing

Each time you scan a sample barcode, AutoTrack checks your Laboratory Information System (LIS) to see if there are any outstanding tests for the sample. If so, AutoTrack shows the next analyzer requiring the sample and the tests pending. You can then decide if you wish to store the sample, or make an entry in the log file showing where the sample was sent. A simple query will provide a history of the sample.

AutoTrack helps route samples through the testing process in your laboratory, automatically queuing samples for analyzers as required - without any need to sort samples or generate worklists. AutoTrack speeds up sample processing by eliminating sample wait times, while simplifying your job through elimination of sample sorting or worklist generation. In addition, AutoTrack contains all the functionality of AutoFile.
